Return Policy

How many days do I have to return an item?

Customers can return any item purchased from Buy Well Store within 30 days of the initial purchase.

 

Will you accept used or opened items?

Yes. Buy Well Store will accept slightly used or opened items, if the item is not soiled or damaged, and is returned in its original packaging. If you are unsure about whether an item is returnable, please contact us directly.

 

I didn’t receive my order. Will I receive a refund?

If you do not receive your order, you will be issued a full refund of all funds paid to Buy Well Store.

 

I only want to return part of my order. Can I do that?

Yes. We will allow partial returns, for multiple items delivered to the same address. If the item is in good condition (as defined by our supplier), a partial return is acceptable.

 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

We will not charge customers to return damaged items. If you receive an item in any condition other than what is advertised on our site, we will cover the return shipping charge.

 

Items being returned for reasons due to errors placed during the order process, or due to buyer’s remorse will be subject to a return shipping fee.

 

Do you charge a restocking fee?

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

 

Do you accept international returns?

We process returns for products purchased both domestically and internationally. If you have any questions about whether or not you will be able to return an item that was delivered internationally, please contact us directly.

 

How long does it take to process refunds and returns?

We typically ask that customers give us 15-20 days to fully process a return. In most cases, it doesn’t take as long, however, we do sometimes need a little more time. This is gauged on a case by case basis.

 

How do I initiate the return process?

If you receive an item that you need to return, you would need to complete the returns form on the “Contact Us” page to get the process started.

We will then instruct you on how to return the item, based on the vendor or supplier that we use.
